Writing

Two ways to start

When you press Write, you pick a guided page or a blank one. A guided page asks you questions and leaves room for each answer. A blank page has nothing on it.

OneA guided pageQuestions with room to answer them.
TwoA blank pageLined paper with nothing on it. It's saved in Free writing.
Looking back

Everything has a date

Every page is saved on the day you wrote it. The month, the year and the weekly overview fill in from those dates, and search looks through every journal.

Each tab is a journal you wrote in that day.

founder's note on why i started In Reverie Lab

I LOVE notebooks and journals and whenever I find myself in a book store or stationery store I always gravitate towards that section and convince myself I need another journal even though I have about 50 somewhere in the house that I am too precious about to write anything in.

Don’t get me wrong, In Reverie Lab hasn’t solved that issue and I don’t think it ever will, but it has helped me stay consistent with my morning pages and given me the guts to write at least in a digital journal and I hope it will do the same for you.

What would you like a page for?

Thirteen journals is where we've started, not where it stops. If there's a page you keep wishing existed, tell us and we'll look at building it.
