The full method takes ten steps. These three hold them all.

    Write each desire on its own line. Say what it is, why it matters, and the feeling it brings when it arrives. Specifics carry the signal.

    AlignTend to the energy underneath it.

    Clear the beliefs that argue against it. Run the rituals that lift your frequency. Behave like the version of yourself who already holds it.

    This is the work most people skip.

    NoticeGather the evidence as it returns.

    Log the gratitude. Log the signs. Watch the small confirmations stack until the gap between dream and life closes from both sides.
